Why Medicine & Bone
Medicine + Bone was born from witnessing women who have opened their deep medicine struggle to build and sustain it. The offering that lives fully in her body but never makes it into the world. The one she prices so low it cannot hold her, because charging its true worth feels like too much to receive. The brilliant work that stays a dream, or launches once and quietly dims for lack of a structure to carry it. The woman holding all of it alone, certain the struggle means something is wrong with her medicine.
Too often a woman reads that struggle as proof that what she carries is lacking, when really she is missing the support, the know-how, refinement, and the architecture required to hold an offering completely.
We created Medicine + Bone to bring your fire into form, to take something sacred and give it a body that can stand in the world, without flattening the devotion underneath it.
Karla works the descent, the body, the raw remembering of what you are here to carry and lead. Wyatt works the field and the form, the architecture, energetic and practical. Apart, each of us holds half. Together, between us, we bring two decades of experience across descent, body, structure, business, and operations, and the whole of what it takes to bring an offering to life.
What we are building with you is not a single launch. It is the capacity to take what moves through you and give it form, again and again, for the rest of your life as a woman who creates. A foundation you will return to and tend, cradle to grave, and back again. Tending your medicine and building your bone.

Medicine and bone is a six month cohort built to carry you from the first stirring of your offering to its launch and beyond.

Teaching Calls
Two live calls each month where we teach the craft of building, launching, and tending an offering. Each month moves you further along the arc, with each gathering.

The Forge
A monthly work session where the building happens live. You bring your offering in progress and we refine it with you in the room, turning the teaching into a tangible application.

A shared telegram space that holds you in the stretch between calls. Where you post what you are building, ask what you are stuck on, and walk beside the other women.
