Community Guidelines.
The agreements that hold Karla Palomino's circles.
Why this exists
Karla's spaces are for women to come home to their bodies, in community with one another. The work asks for honesty, presence, and care. These agreements are not rules to obey. They are the conditions that make the practice possible. They hold the integrity of the space so the work can deepen.
By being in any of Karla's community spaces, including Cuerpo, Tierra Alma, LOBA and any group programs that may come, you are agreeing to move with these. If anything here feels unclear, reach out.
Confidentiality
What is shared in the circle stays in the circle. The live calls, the Telegram space, the conversations between women, are held in confidence. You may share your own experience of a practice outside the space, but not the experiences, words, or stories of other women. This includes screenshots. Please do not screenshot or share content from the Telegram space or the calls.
Witness, do not fix
When another woman shares, your work is to witness her, not to advise, correct, or solve. Resist the urge to give unsolicited advice or to project your own experience onto hers. Hold space for her process to be hers. If you are asked for input, offer it. If not, witness is the gift.
Speak from your own experience
When you share, speak from your own body, your own life, your own knowing. Use I statements. Avoid generalizing about women, the work, or what other people should be doing. The medicine deepens when we speak from where we actually are.
This is not a venting space
There is a difference between sharing what is alive and looping in a story that is feeding a pattern. The circles are a space to bring what is moving and to let it be witnessed. They are not a space to vent at length, to spiral, or to ask other women to hold you in your wound without movement. If you find yourself stuck in a pattern, that is information. Bring it to the work, to your own practice, or to a one-on-one container if you need deeper support.
Show up as you are
You do not have to be polished, healed, or articulate to be in this circle. Show up tired, show up unsure, show up in your fullness or your mess. The practice meets you where you are.
Take responsibility for your experience
Karla's spaces are guided, but the work is yours. If something in a practice activates you, that is the work. Meet it with practices, presence and tools, and let it be a place to build the capacity to hold what arises. This is how the muscle grows. These spaces can go deep, and they are not a replacement for therapy or clinical care. If something surfaces that needs that kind of support, honor it by seeking it.
No proselytizing or selling
The circles are not a space to promote your business, your offerings, your spiritual lineage, your political views, or your healing modality. If a woman asks you privately about your work, you may share. But please do not use the circle as a platform.
How to reach support
Karla is not available for direct messaging for anyone other than her One on One clients in the Telegram space or otherwise. She holds the teaching presence of her spaces and shows up in the live calls and the practices she creates. For anything else, including billing, access, technical issues, or help of any kind, email support@karlapalomino.com.
When agreements are broken
Most situations can be addressed with a conversation. If something in the circle crosses a line, you will be reached out to directly. For explicit violations or repeated patterns that disrupt the integrity of the space, the response is:
First instance, a direct message naming what happened and what is expected going forward.
Second instance, removal from the space, with no refund.
Some behavior is grounds for immediate removal without warning, including threats, harassment, hate speech, or sharing private content from the circle without consent.
Honor the work
The practices, teachings, transmissions, and frameworks shared in Karla's spaces are hers. They are offered to you for your own personal practice and growth. Please do not record, transcribe, repurpose, teach, or share Karla's work as your own. This includes her practices, her frameworks, her language, and the recordings in the Embodiment Library. If Karla's work has moved you and you want to share it with others, you can point them to her offerings. That is the way.
A culture of reciprocity
Real relationships, collaborations, and opportunities grow between the women here. That is welcome. When something grows from this space and benefits you, let it be acknowledged. Reciprocity moves both ways: a gift, a gesture, a naming of where it came from. What matters is that we honor what we build together, and carry that current into the spaces we each go on to create.
A final note
These agreements may evolve as the spaces grow. We will let you know if anything changes. These guidelines are about how we move together; the full terms and conditions cover the practical and legal details, and they apply alongside everything here. Thank you for the care you bring to this work.
