Monthly Practices
Each practice call is a body-led journey, moving through breath, body, voice, and ceremony, shaped by what is alive in the work that month. Channeled themes guide the content and practices meeting the individual and collective where they are. Come live, or catch the recording when it lands in the library. Two embodiment calls a month & a community call every 6 weeks.

Embodiment Library
Practices are organized and ready to return to. Whether you joined today or a year ago, the full archive is yours. Come back to the practices that moved you, return to a teaching you need again, or explore what came before you arrived. The library along with writings grow every month, a living record of the work as it unfolds.

Private Circle
A private Telegram space where you can share what is moving, be witnessed, and walk alongside each other in the practice. This is a space to land between calls, to share a reflection or what came through in a practice, to feel the presence of other women in the work, and to stay in the thread of what reveals over time.

Karla Palomino is a ceremonialist, embodiment guide, and mentor devoted to the raw, primordial power that lives in the bones of women. For over a decade, she has walked the Spiral Path of the Feminine, guiding women into the intimacy of their instinctual wisdom and the remembrance of the medicine they are here to embody.
Her work is rooted in shadow through the body, in relationship to the Earth and the Elements. She has witnessed and experienced how truth is revealed through descent, and how a woman who meets herself at that depth changes the shape of her own life.
Ten years of devotion to this work has refined her capacity to sense what is asking to be met in a space, and to guide women toward the parts of themselves they have been afraid to touch or have not known how to reach. Women arrive in her containers and find themselves held in places they have long kept hidden.
Cuerpo is the most accessible way to receive her work and the medicine she carries.

Cuerpo is for women who want to stay in practice with their body, whether they are new to embodiment or have been in this work for years. It is a space to be led, to drop in, and to receive. Women who thrive in Cuerpo are those who want to be moved by the work without having to direct it themselves, and who prefer a living, responsive rhythm over a static curriculum.

No. Cuerpo is a space to receive. The live calls, the library, and the Telegram circle are the offering. Women looking for personal mentorship or coaching are invited to explore Tierra Alma, LOBA, or One:One private work with Karla.

Every call is recorded and will be added to the library within a day or two. Many women in Cuerpo primarily work with the recordings and drop into lives when they can.

Yes. Cuerpo is rolling enrollment. The moment you sign up, you have access to the library, the Telegram circle, and the upcoming live calls.

Monthly members can cancel after a three month comittment. When you cancel, you will retain access through the end of your current billing month, and will not be charged again.
Annual members can cancel at any time as well, and will retain access through the end of the twelve-month term.
All payments are non-refundable once made, so please feel into the commitment before choosing an option. -
Cuerpo is a practice space. Tierra Alma is a year-long initiatory container, a deeper descent into a woman's medicine and the work of stepping into it, with hands-on guidance from Karla.
